1. Services
Braided Parlor provides professional hair braiding services by appointment only, in Lithonia, Georgia.
2. Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to book; the amount depends on the service you select and is shown at checkout (for example, many styles use a $10 deposit; some bundles or specials use a higher amount).
- The deposit goes toward your service balance.
- Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may reschedule once using the same deposit if you do so at least forty-eight (48) hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours of your appointment time forfeit the deposit.
- No-shows forfeit the deposit.
4. Late Arrivals
- A ten (10) minute grace period applies at no charge.
- After ten (10) minutes, a fifteen dollar ($15) late fee may apply.
- Appointments may be cancelled if you arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes late.
5. Payment
- The deposit is collected securely online via Stripe (card).
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
- Balance payments are accepted in cash, Cash App, or Zelle. Zelle: —.
- No refunds after the service has been completed.
6. Preparation Requirements
- Natural hair should be at least four (4) inches in length.
- Arrive with freshly washed and blown-out hair, free of tangles and heavy oils.
- Please come alone — no extra guests.
7. Pricing
- Listed prices are generally based on mid-back length.
- Additional length or complexity may incur extra charges.
- Final price may be confirmed at consultation or before your service begins.
8. Liability
Braided Parlor is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products when those products or ingredients have been disclosed to you and you have chosen to proceed. Please voice any concerns before you leave the premises.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
