A $10 non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and applies toward your balance. No deposit = no appointment.

Remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. I accept Cash App, cash, and Zelle only (Zelle: —). All payments are final and non-refundable.

10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled.

Please give 24–48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If you reschedule within 7 days of the original date, your deposit can roll over; more than 7 days out requires a new deposit. No-call no-shows may be declined for future bookings.

Come with hair fully washed, blown out, detangled, and free of heavy oils — no exceptions. Hair must be 4 inches all around for braids. For stitch & scalp styles, hair should be blown out nearly straight / pressed; no blunt-cut ends. No extra guests. Styles and add-ons cannot be changed within 48 hours of your appointment — book add-ons when you book. Speak up within 24 hours if you have concerns after your service. Squeeze-in fee +$50 when applicable. Early bird fee (7–8am) +$50 when you select that window.

Most listed prices are for mid-back length. Review add-ons for length, color, and extras. Human hair is included where noted on the menu. If you want to bring your own hair, message me first.
