How to delete your data
What we hold
When you book with us, we may store information such as your name, email address, phone number, appointment details, and related booking records, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not offer user accounts or profiles on this website; “your data” means the personal information tied to your bookings and contact with Braided Parlor.
How to request deletion
There is no self-service deletion tool and no API on this site. To ask us to delete your personal information or to close out booking-related data we hold about you, contact us directly:

To help us find your records quickly, include your name, the email and phone number you used when booking, and your confirmation code if you have it.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt when reasonable and process verified requests within a timely manner, subject to any legal or legitimate business records we must retain (for example, tax or payment dispute windows). If we cannot fulfill part of a request, we will explain why.
